The name 'mango' is derived from the Tamil word 'mangkay' or 'man-gay'. When the Portuguese traders settled in Western India they adopted the name as 'manga'. With our variety of sweet and savoury mango offerings, we are ready for the perfect welcome in line with the Indian tradition where a basket of mangos is considered a gesture of friendship.
